Leveling Up Fun: A Day at Laser Bounce Queens

There are weekend plans… and then there’s Laser Bounce Queens.

This past Saturday, I traded in the typical brunch-and-scroll routine for a full-on adventure with my boyfriend and his youngest son. And let me tell you, Laser Bounce is not just an arcade, it’s a nostalgia-packed playground that somehow manages to be just as fun for adults as it is for kids.

First Stop: Hoops

The second we walked in, the lights and sounds of the arcade instantly pulled us in. And, of course, our first challenge was the basketball machines. Bright LED scoreboards, balls flying, competitive banter, it set the tone for the day. We took our spots and went head-to-head, keeping track of who had the best score.

Spoiler: I did not come in last and I held my own. 🏀

Laser Tag Legends

From there, the excitement cranked up with laser tag. The staff led us to a room where we put on ur vests and phasers, and the anticipation kicked in immediately. Once inside the arena, it felt like stepping into another world, glowing neon barriers, pulsing music, various obstacles, and adrenaline everywhere. We strategized, ducked behind boxes, and worked as a team to rack up points. And yes, we won. The youngest was practically bouncing with excitement, and honestly, so were we.

Old-School Arcade Magic

After the victory lap, it was time for the classics: bowling, skee-ball, air hockey, racing games, claw machines… the kind of old-school magic that no smartphone app or modern console can quite replicate. Every button smash and ticket redeemed brought back memories, and it was honestly the highlight of the day.

Fueling Up + Prize Time

All that action worked up an appetite, so we headed to the in-house eatery for pizza and drinks. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what you want mid-game marathon. Then came the best part: cashing in all those tickets we racked up for prizes. The smiles said it all.

Final Verdict

Laser Bounce Queens is more than just a place to keep kids entertained — it’s an all-ages experience that blends nostalgia, high-energy fun, and just the right amount of competition. Whether you’re planning a family outing, a date, or just need to shake up your weekend routine, this spot delivers big on fun and even bigger on memories.

So if you’re looking to hit reset on your weekend plans? Grab your crew, channel your inner kid, and get ready to bounce.
